OUR STORY

Curated by a Hong Kong Grown Spanish Lifestyle lover, Jassi Singh, he is devoted to giving each of his guests a fun Spanish night out, with cocktails created by Jassi inspired by different regions in Spain and Latin America. A simple yet carefully curated snack menu brings some iconic Spanish nibbles to compliment the cocktails.

Here at Lola, a place for quality cocktails, a place for a bite ¡HAY MÁS! (There is more! In Spanish) This is the place for having fun. The mood is particular, conservative, and curated by day, loud and crazy at night! Traveling through the classics, Lola remains the best of Spanish party joints, where the fun never ends.

SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

At Lola, each concoction includes different types of Sherry (Spain’s national wine), one main ingredient that Jassi chose as a tribute to the culture of Spain. With this divine ingredient, Jassi made his cocktails with Fruity, Tropical, Spiced, Savory, Nutty, and Luscious choices.
